Update September 27th 2012: I did receive a response from refunds @ clickbank.com – so this still works and I have found it to be the best and most expedient way to get a refund and (now) cancel a subscription.

I have recently had a difficult time cancelling a clickbank recurring monthly subscription.
So, I thought that there might be a few people out there having the same experience.
Here is what I found out:
It used to be that you could simply send an email to email@example.com to get a refund on a product.
I tried it to cancel a subscription and either they never saw my email or they never replied or it got lost in the Ether.
I never received a reply.
It appears that cancelling a subscription via clickbank is not easy to do. And that is annoying…
You can use this form to look up your subscription order information:
Please note that this form only allows you to look up the information!
IT doesn’t offer a way to cancel the sub.
BUT – you can hit the ‘contact customer service’ icon and THEN you get a chance to use the drop down box to cancel the sub.
However, this just sends a notice to the vendor to cancel your subscription with a note saying to allow 2 days for a response.
That’s just plain silly. Clickbank should be doing the cancellations themselves, I should not need to wait on the vendor.
So, give them two days, then take further action if necessary.
