I’ve recently read a book called Powerful Sleep and I’ve put the information in it to use. The results have been above my expectations.
I’m able to stay awake, alert and energized for longer periods of time than ever before and I no longer need to use stimulants such as caffeine to do so.
This really payed off for me today at work. After being awake for most of the night I was able to work a 9 + hour shift and when I got home, I could have stayed up even longer, but I decided to go ahead and get some sleep.
And after all of that, I still only slept about 6 hours. I was awake before that even, but I chose to be lazy and linger in bed for a while.
I do recommend the information found in Powerful Sleep because if it has helped me tremendously.
Another side benefit is that my teeth are getting whiter, presumably due to the fact that I haven’t been drinking much coffee lately.
The bottome line is that Powerful Sleep has enhanced my life. Having more time during the’ day and more energy to get it done is worth it.
