My fiancee has suffered from chronic sore throat since she was a teenager. Along with this came bad breath.

The combination of the chronic sore throat and the bad breath left her uncomfortable and feeling less confidence in herself. She didn’t want to get too close to people when talking.

Anyway, I turned her on to some oxygen containing mouthrinses and they had some mild affect on her bad breath but did nothing for her chronic sore throat.

Then she tried these lozenges that contain a special kind of probiotics. She said she felt instant relief. She is feeling better and will continue to - provided the probiotics take root and make themselves at home.

Those with this particular strain of bacteria in their mouth and throat very seldom suffer from bad breath. This lozenger treatment is also very popular in Europe.

I’m glad she is feeling better and free of chronic sore throat pain. I think she will also feel more confident too. I’m delighted we came upon this solution that seems to have worked for her.

If you want to read more about these probiotics click here.

Chinese Authorities Secretly Moving Falun Gong Adherents Out of Beijing
Beijing-area detention facilities being stocked with “transformed” individuals ready to denounce Falun Gong in front of foreign media
11 Aug 2008

NEW YORK – The Falun Dafa Information Center has learned that Chinese Communist Party (CCP) authorities have moved genuine Falun Gong adherents out of Beijing-area prisons and labor camps, replacing them with individuals who claim to have renounced Falun Gong. The Center believes the move is meant to mislead foreign media, mirroring similar tactics used in the past.

On July 30th, the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (CIPFG) published Torture Outside the Olympic Village: A Guide to China’s Labor Camps (report), a detailed guide to detention facilities located within miles of Olympic venues. On August 3, the Center released a related report, A Journalist’s Walking Guide to the Persecution of Falun Gong in Beijing (report).

According to Center sources in China, immediately after the publication of these reports, the Chinese authorities began moving Falun Gong adherents out of Beijing. These sources say many adherents were moved to Shanxi Forced Labor Camp and Shanxi Women’s Forced Labor Camp, while some were sent to Inner Mongolia.

These sources also indicate the authorities are putting individuals who claim to have “renounced” Falun Gong into Beijing detention centers and prisons where they are typically treated very well and made available to foreign media who are investigating abuses against Falun Gong.

“They’re moving victims of torture and other abuses out of Beijing, and replacing them with individuals who parrot the CCP’s stance on Falun Gong,” says Center spokesperson Mr. Erping Zhang. “Think about it…they are preparing ‘show tours’ to pull the wool over the eyes of the international community. We trust journalists in Beijing won’t be taken in by these tactics.”

“Show tours” of this nature have been employed before by CCP authorities to thwart investigations of abuse against Falun Gong, and were previously forewarned by Center sources.

On April 26, 2001, the Falun Dafa Information Center reported that Masanjia Labor Camp in Liaoning Province was among a few facilities being readied to receive foreign and Chinese media to ‘interview’ selected Falun Gong practitioners.

Almost a month later reporters were invited to the Masanjia Labor Camp to witness freshly painted walls, prisoners decked out in new jump suits complete with their names written on the back in Chinese and English (it was not clear why prisoners needed their names written in English inside a Chinese labor camp), enjoying an apparently clean and healthy environment – all in stark contrast with the horrific abuses reported by dozens of individuals who had previously been held and tortured at Masanjia.

The Center urges media workers in Beijing to be cognizant of this tactic, and recommends the following steps to avoid being misled by the CCP:

Coordinate several groups of journalists to go to different camps at the same time, making it more difficult for the CCP to orchestrate a “show tour.”
Interview individuals recently released from labor camps in China, but currently residing overseas, including ones who witnessed similar foreign visits and measures taken by authorities prior to them. The Falun Dafa Information Center can provide the contact information for these individuals, as well as for family members of those currently being detained at Beijing camps and prisons.
Refer to third party reports about conditions experienced by Falun Gong adherents in custody, available on the Center’s website: U.S. State Department 2007 report, Amnesty International reports, reports by the United Nations Special Rapporteurs (reports), and the writings of Chinese attorney Gao Zhisheng (writings).

Background
Founded in 1999, the Falun Dafa Information Center is a New York-based organization that documents the rights violations of adherents of Falun Gong (or “Falun Dafa”) taking place in the People’s Republic of China. In July of 1999 China’s autocratic Communist Party launched an unlawful campaign of arrests, violence, and propaganda with the intent of “eradicating” the apolitical practice; it is believed certain leaders feared the influence of the practice’ 100 million adherents. The campaign has since grown in violence and scope, with millions having been detained or sent to forced labor camps. The Center has verified details of over 3,000 deaths and over 63,000 cases of torture in custody (reports / sources). Falun Gong is a traditional-style Buddhist “qigong” practice, with roots in the Chinese heritage of cultivating the mind/body for health and spiritual growth.

Irradiated foods: Good or bad?

The use of radiation to ‘decontaminate’ food is growing around the world. It is not known to me if these kinds of food are required to be labeled as such or not.

I do not have a lot of facts surrounding the irradiation of food. Much of what I have found is speculatory in nature. However, YOU, as a consumer have the responsibility to educate yourself about the benefits and detractors of irradiated food.

If I know a food has been irradiated, I don’t want it. I’d rather throw it away than eat it. There is no way to know what that ‘dead’ food will do to you, especially over the long term.

I’m a big believer in the natural enzymes that occur in foods and I believe they are good for the body. But with irradiated food you get a lot of dead enzymes. I don’t want that. Do you? Denatured proteins? Mutated or deformed molecular structures? Who knows what all this will do to us? Do we really know what is truly needed or are our scientists playing a guessing game with OUR lives.

Can you blame the scientists? They are simply producing studies that are paid for by people and companies who have the money to pay for such research. Do you think the information provided isn’t distorted or slanted in favor of the payer under such circumstances? Or if they are not, do you think the temptation is there? And if it is, how many will succumb to that temptation?

I’m asking for a reason: to stimulate dialog on these issues and other related ones.

The following FAQ does not come from an unbiased source. However, at the same time, I think it is worth taking a look at. As I mentioned before, each person is going to have to go after an education about radiation and food form himself / herself. The information isn’t very likely to come to you!

Here is the FAQ I found: http://www.purefood.org/irrad/irradfaq.cfm#1

Benjamin Franklin once quoted “She laughs at everything you say. Why? Because she has fine teeth.” We can now probably add “and a healthy heart.” Recent research studies have shown a striking association between poor dental hygiene and coronary heart disease. Coronary heart disease may be responsible for 20% of deaths across the world and almost 50% of deaths in developed countries. A study from Boston University School of Dental Medicine in Massachusetts, published in the March 9, 2004 issue of Circulation reported that patients with five poor oral health pathologies have a 70% probability of having coronary heart disease. Findings from the Behavioral Risk Factors Surveillance System, reported in the December 2005 issue of the American Journal of Preventive Medicine also demonstrated a significant association between tooth loss and the prevalence of coronary heart disease. This large study involved 41,891 adults aged 40 to 79 years living in 22 states and in the District of Columbia. Periodontal disease in heart attack survivors was also found to cause a rise in inflammatory markers, putting them at a greater risk of future heart attacks, according to research conducted at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

The underlying cause of coronary artery disease is atherosclerosis, commonly known as hardening of the arteries. This is usually associated with several modifiable risk factors (e.g., smoking, systemic hypertension, diabetes mellitus, high cholesterol levels) and some non-modifiable risk factors (e.g., age, gender and family history). However, atherosclerosis is also known to follow bacterial (Chlamydia Pneumoniae and Helicobacter pylori) or viral (Cytomegalovirus and Coxsackie B) infections. Recent data has confirmed that persistent dental infections also contribute to the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. Such infections release several toxins which insult the delicate inner lining of the blood vessels, called the endothelium. There is also an associated immuno-inflammatory response, which causes further injury. C-reactive protein, a sensitive marker of inflammation and a predictor for future cardiovascular events, is consistently elevated in patients with chronic dental disease.

The earliest phase in gum disease, gingivitis, is an inflammation caused by the accumulation of plaque. Plaque is a soft, sticky, colorless film above the gum line. It results from the interaction of sugars and starches with bacteria normally found in the mouth. Plaque can provide shelter for over 400 species of bacteria and other microorganisms. In the early stages gingivitis may not produce any symptoms. However, as the bacteria grow and proliferate, it can cause red, puffy, swollen or tender gums that bleed during routine brushing or flossing. There may be a constant bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth. Gingivitis may be aggravated by an underlying illness or by hormonal changes associated with pregnancy or puberty. Medications such as steroids and those used for seizures, high blood pressure, and organ transplants can suppress the immune system and encourage bacterial infection in the gums.
Unchecked, the plaque of gingivitis will gradually build up between the teeth and gums, in damaged or faulty fillings, and around partial dentures, bridges, and braces. The gums may also begin to form pockets below the gumline, trapping food and more plaque, resulting in an infection or even an abscess
formation. This is called periodontitis and can only be treated by a dental professional. At this stage, pus may start oozing from between your teeth and gums. As the disease progresses, bacterial toxins eventually break down the underlying bone and connective tissue that holds the teeth in place. The ultimate outcome is tooth loss.

An unknown author once said, “You don’t have to brush your teeth—just the ones you want to keep.” Regular brushing and flossing will help prevent gingivitis and its later complications. And as the scientific data suggests, it will also protect your heart. The famous US writer, Fannie Fern said “The way to a man’s heart is through his stomach.” Perhaps we should also keep in mind that “The way to heart disease may be through a man’s mouth.”

I should start out by stating that IX is my favorite host - for now. That could change at any minute. I’ve been disappointed in most of the hosting providers I have tried so far.

I say that because I was enamored by another host called h*******. I had transferred to them from a host called m*****, thinking that I was getting a better deal. I did. But, it still wasn’t good enough.

When I had left m*******, I was totally unhappy with their service. My account was hijacked twice and I believe it was one of the SAs on the inside doing it or feeding information to those who could. They seemed to blame me for having my account hijacked. I still think it was wholly or partially an inside job. I can’t prove it, but I think it!

H******* seemed like it was going to be a lot better. They boasted great support and sometimess they do have great support. But then you get other techs that don’t know what the heck they are doing or don’t care or both. But the ‘final straw’ for me with H******* was when I needed a file restored from back up.

They told me their latest backup was over 1.5 months old. You heard that right - their latest backup was over 45 days old! I couldn’t believe it. I asked them why? The tech told me that the SAs only do backups ‘when they have time”. I was shocked. I expect daily or at least weekly backups. When I tried to download their backup file, I discovered that it only went to 5 gigs and I probably have 2 or 3 times that many Gigs in my account. I was extremely disappointed. The file I wanted was lost. This made me a ‘little’ unhappy.

Currently, I’m using IX web hosting. They have their own OC12 backbone. They don’t seem to have the same uptime problems I saw with my other two hosts. I haven’t needed much service from them. However, the few times I needed help, they were there. However, I’m under no illusion that a few good experiences indicates that I will always have good experiences. On the other hand, they have no strikes against them in my book, at this time.

The other two hosts claimed 99.9% uptime. If you do the math, out of a year that means they can be down for a whole day and still meet their claim. I can’t prove it, but I would find my websites down so much that it might have added up to more than a day at the end of the year. I don’t know for sure, but it sure seemed like there were frequent problems.

Currenly, nothing bad to report about my current favorite host. But, that could change as I use them more. Certainly, H**** was a step up from M****, but over time, I found they couldn’t live up to what I expect as a customer.

I hope the host that I like now will prove to be better than those other guys. I’ve been using them for about six months now. So far so good!

I didn’t know him personally, but I was tricked by the people that he trained. He taught them how to take advantage of powerful loopholes in a person’s thinking. The idea of being the master of your own destiny was one of those.

They took advantage of the notion of mastering destiny through a few key concepts. Some of the concepts were that you wouldn’t fail if you just tried hard enough, that you should ‘fake it until you make it’ and if you did not succeed, it was because you didn’t try hard enough or didn’t believe in yourself. Who would want to admit that they didn’t believe in themselves?

This company was eventually shut down by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission)

The concept that we are master’s of our own destiny can be very dangerous. It can be exploited. It is also not true.

Another misconception that arises out of this idea is from those who market their ’success secrets’. The notion is that if you read their secrets you can duplicate their success. But if it were that simple, everyone would be doing it.

Success isn’t necessarily duplicateable, because there are many factors involved in success. The circumstances that make up a person’s environment and background may not be similar to many other people’s situations. You also don’t have the same resources as that person.

If we were truly the masters of our own destiny, any one of us could decide to be the President of the World tomorrow when we woke up. But the reality is, you can wish all night and day for that to happen and there is no way you are going to wake up as the ruler of the world tomorrow.

Have you ever been in a bad situation, and wished you could make the consequences or the harsh reality of it completely go away? Were you able to?

The notion that we are masters of our destiny seems to be this suttle idea that slinks in the background of whatever we do or have conversations about. I admit it is a seductively wonderful notion that can make you feel drunk with the illusion of control.

As human beings, we don’t want to admit that we are not in complete control of what happens to us and our lives. We CAN often affect what happens. It is a matter of degree. It takes honesty and sober assessment to recognize that we have far less control than we would like to believe.

To be sure, there are times when you can make a difference. That is not the same has having complete control over what happens to you in your life. We can make choices and we can have control over our own thoughts and attitudes. However, most of the time, you cannot make something happen just because you want it to.

You cannot buy a particular house that never goes up for sale. You cannot attend a school that will not accept you. You cannot have wings like a bird or breathe underwater. As human beings we have limitations.

To put it simply, you cannot always have what you want. Sometimes you can, but not always and perhaps not even most of the time. Therefore we are not masters of our destiny.

The notion of mastering our own destinies is a dream. It is a beautiful dream, but it is not reality. There are many forces that may conspire against us. Let’s say the sum total of those forces is called fate. Generally, you cannot change your fate. And you cannot master fate.

Beware of those shrewd people who will take advantage of the idealist in you that wants to believe in a beautiful dream. Why do they call it a dream?

Some dreams do come true. That is fate. Some do not and that is also fate.

However, the notion that you can control your fate if you ‘just try hard enough’ appears frequently in marketing. “Buy this course to learn how to be a millionaire real estate investor.” “Become a millionaire Internet marketer.” People shell out their money to learn the ’secrets’.

Free your mind from such abusive marketing tactics. Never stated directly, the key is realizing the underlying notion is there. Shrewd marketers are ready to pounce on the loopholes in your psyche to get money out of your wallet and into theirs.

If you still think you can master destiny or fate, I’d be interested to hear your point of view. What do you think?

Maybe I could interest you in purchasing a large bridge between New Jersey and New York? You could charge a toll and make a fortune. You would then be the master of your fate. Sound good? The bridge could sell at anytime and you would miss out on this wonderful opportunity of a lifetime. Lock in your position now. This is a limited time offer. Act now. Time is short. Get the picture?

Today, a growing curiosity has brought many individuals to explore the possibility of past lives. Dr. Georgina Cannon has regressed 1000’s of individuals who have come to her for answers about who they have been in another life.

Hypnosis can help bridge the barrier between this reality and the next and Dr. Cannon facilitates regression sessions for those who are curious to discover if they have had another life and who they might be.

These 10 Clues Can Reveal Our Past Life Identity:

1. A deep attraction to certain subjects in school?
2. A feeling as a child of being from somewhere else?
3. An attraction to certain games such as model planes, playing war, teacher, cowboys and Indians?
4. A deep attraction to a certain period of history?
5. A natural skill that came from early on in life?
6. An early awareness of pre-destined life path?
7. Unexplained fears of water, heights or other?
8. An instant affinity with someone that seemed to come out of nowhere?
9. An instant repulsion to certain cultures or people?
10. A strong pull to travel to a certain country?

For those who share a healthy dose of skepticism—a trip to view the evidence of their past lives could drastically change their current life. For some people this journey can be life-altering. Dr. Cannon does not try to prove or disprove the existence of reincarnation or the Interlife, or prove that memories can be recalled through hypnosis. Instead she asks us to examine our present lives ask ourselves: Why are we here; what is our purpose; and what can we do to make our present lives better?

Go into Past Life Regression with a “believe it or not” attitude and see if it resonates with you. See if this is the time in your life when you might want to consider taking a journey into the Interlife to find out why you are here, the purpose of this lifetime, and what you can do to make your current life richer and more fulfilling. Ultimately, this current life is the most important life—it is here and now. And why not do whatever you need to do to live it as fully as possible.

Dr. Georgina Cannon, a certified master clinical hynotherapist, is an international award-winning teacher, lecturer and Director of the Ontario Hypnosis Centre in Toronto, Ontario. In the eleven years since it’s founding, Cannon has initiated the ethical protocols and procedures for regression now followed by her students and many others in the regression field. Dr. Cannon is the author of the best-selling books Discovering the Interlife and Return Past Life Regression and You.

Dr. Cannon is recognized by many in the media as “The Source” for expert opinion in the field of hypnotherapy and issues around complementary wellness treatments, and she regularly meets with medical and wellness professionals to enhance their knowledge and awareness of hypnosis and the dynamic healing potential of soul, or past life journeys.

Firstly a group of scientists began to look for the root cause that starts everything off. Their findings have led to tests, which proved remarkable if not, miraculous.

Parkinson’s disease was first described in the early 1800s when Dr James Parkinson wrote a paper on what he called ‘the Shaking Palsy’. Surprisingly Dr Parkinson managed to relate the symptoms to a fault in the brain however at the time he knew nothing of the true cause. Thankfully much has been learnt about the disease since then and there are now a number of effective treatments to slow down its progress.

Parkinson’s Disease is a slowly progressive disorder of the central nervous system that affects movement, muscle control and balance. Symptoms include tremors, slowed movement and postural instability. Other features include rigidity, flexed posture, freezing phenomenon and loss of postural reflexes. Patients can experience depression, sleep disturbances, dizziness and problems with speech, swallowing and sexual functioning.

Traditional research has concentrated on viral infection, genetics, environmental toxins, and endogenous toxins.

Now there’s a new scientific breakthrough that looks promising for preventing and even reversing Parkinson’s disease. Your own Doctor would probably not have heard about it yet, and the Drug companies will scowl knowing that their pockets will be lighter by several millions.
So what is the cure I hear you ask, and why have I not heard of it before?
To answer that let me explain what I’m talking about. Firstly a group of scientists began to look for the root cause that starts everything off. Their findings have led to tests, which proved remarkable if not, miraculous. These tests were just limited to Parkinson’s, as there are many other modern diseases similar like Alzheimer’s.
This reversal process is still relatively new, although already it has helped thousands of people get back to some form of normality. Whether it will cure 100% is not sure, but it will make a great difference to any sufferers.

Conclusion

Overcoming Parkinson’s is no easy matter. However, there are Parkinson’s treatments which you can try. This new approach is based on the latest scientific breakthroughs.

The experience of foreclosure is bad enough without mortgage scammers preying on you. When the foreclosure process begins, it is a matter of public record and enough information is published for the scammers to find you and promise to save your home with their unique, creative financing program.

One well known type of scam is the bailout, also referred to as equity stripping. A person or company claims to be able to help you keep your home. They know you’re in foreclosure and public records have given them enough information so they know you have some equity in your home. They talk you into selling your home very cheap; the sale is to be temporary, just while you get your finances back in order. The company pays the

mortgage payments and you pay them rent to stay in your home and you have the option to buy back the home in the future. This could be a good situation if your financial situation is corrected quickly and the company is reputable. You keep your home and the company makes a profit for their services.

Of course, the above scenario is one used by many scammers who have no intention of selling your home back to you. They get a mortgage, pay off all the underlying debt on your home and you sign a one or two year lease with option to purchase at the end of the lease period. The lease they have you sign is very confusing; this is one tactic used when conning the already distressed and overwhelmed homeowner. The lease is written so you will not be able to meet all the terms; for example, the payment ends up being higher than anticipated and default is inevitable. You default, the company evicts you and they sell your home for closer to market value and a huge profit. If your home does not have much equity, the company simply tells you they have taken over your payments, when all they’re really doing is taking your rent money as pure profit and allowing the foreclosure to run its course.

If you are in foreclosure, there are reputable companies who can be of assistance; just be cautious as to how the business is conducted. Don’t fall for promises or guarantees like “I will save your home” or “I will get your

mortgage payments cut in half.” Never sign the title over to another person or company. Do not sell your home without being released of your mortgage obligation. Be sure you understand all the documents you do sign and be aware of what your rights are; as well as what rights you are agreeing to give up.

This article was written by David Smith of U-Move-On, a company who helps people find the best solution to their foreclosure problem. They provide the resources and services for help with the entire foreclosure process, credit restoration, finding another nice home, moving expenses, legal help and more. There is no complicated contract to sign and you do not quit claim interest in your home.
