I agree we have to get rid of the term diet. Especially when nobody diets sucessfully. Cardo is the best answer as well as healthy eating. I walk everyday adn try to eat right. Somedays I am great and somedays I am not but I try to not be hard on myself and keep going.

I have to admit it was not my favorite movie. Maybe I just remember the old karate kid and can\’t get past the old movie. I was pretty disappointed!

It\’s a sign of the times that the thought of a spy ring from Russia is exciting to the people they lived among. They have obviously watched too many James Bond movies. Spies from any country here observing us should make us careful about who we know and what they are doing. Remember 9/11? Wake up!

Good post about the movie. With all fairness, the movie teaches us good lessons in life that whatever happens there’s no sense backing up…always move forward and keep that determination:)

Nowadays and even from the time of our ancestors corruption always occur especially to the people who possess authority. It is for them to discover why they are doing things that they know would affect to their social stability. It is really true that almost positive views about the past are being studied by the present generation. It is good so that it would be the model. It is really important that each person should look out at their own moral values.
