I suggest you use Aweber instead:

It’s really the best.

The only one that comes in a close second is Get Response.

Add2it is a nice program but since it runs on your own server or one of theirs – there is a problem with mail being blocked by Mail providers when your list gets bigger. I’ve also had my accounts shut down twice with two different hosts because of the Add2It script. I was hit for spam, even though everything was double optin. People forget that they double optin and then mark your email as spam. When that happens too many times, which is easy when your list gets larger, they contact your host provider. The host will shut your account down because they fear that their other customers’ email running on the same server will get blocked by yahoo, MSN or Gmail or any other email provider for that matter.

Aweber offers top deliverability. I’ve been using them for a year now and they are great. Customer support is available and is good. Get Response is ok. I have an account with them too. Of the two, I’d go with aweber. That’s my opinion.
