Keeping Your Teeth
One of my goals, ever since I was little was to keep all of my adult teeth (except wisdom teeth) until the end of my life.
This is possible, but there is one major obstacle that needs to be overcome. GUM DISEASE
Gum disease is the chief culprit in causing tooth loss ( not cavities as you might suspect)
I’ve absolutely raved about how well a device called hydrofloss keeps the gums healthy. My dentist and hygienist noticed the difference and told me to keep up what I was doing the last time I saw them ( July 18th 2006)
Before that they felt that I needed a root scaling and planing. (which I declined)
Instead of telling you about how great hydrofloss is and repeating what I said before, I thought I would list my writings about this awesome tool for you to read through yourself.
1. Hydrofloss Works July 18th 2006.
2. How I like to use my Hydrofloss to Keep my Gums Healthy.
4. One Month of Using Hydrofloss
And there are a number of posts on this blog that I mentioned it on, you can search below to see them.
Bottom line, my personal opinion is that the Hydrofloss is an important part of my regimen for the health of my gums.
I’m not a dental professional and this post is for information purposes only. It is not intended as advice. Contact your dentist or doctor if you have any health condition or think you might have one.
