I just completed a class on blogging basics with Nick Davis from Indibusiness.com

If you live in Kansas City or happen to be passing through during one of his classes, you ought to take one.

Nick’s class was very good and helped me to realize some things that I could be doing a lot better.

As a result there may be some changes here at All Things Pondered.

I’m contemplating nixing the traditional article posting that has been going on for some time now. Though, I’m not entirely sure about doing that. I wonder if it would be possible to allow it and intersperse my own writing in here at the same time?

I have to think it over a bit more.

Anyway, Nick’s class was good. No, it was more than good. I see Nick has a good hearted blogger that cares about what is happening in the world and sees fit to share some of his knowledge with those of us who very much need it.

As a result, my friend Chuck Bell just created his first blog on Real Estate. Such is the power of Nick’s class. I hope more people can get turned on to Indibusiness.com in the KC area.

Another good thing that Nick turned me onto was the positive aspects of allowing comments. The transparent nature of comments is part of what makes blogging so good.

Unfortunately, since upgrading to WP 2.0.3, I haven’t been able to get comments working on my WP blogs. If you know what I can do to fix it, PLEASE let me know.

I told Nick I was wanting to post a picture of his business card to the blog, but I’m not near a scanner right now. (one of the beautiful things about blogging is that you can do it almost anywhere. Currently, I’m writing from the Westport Coffee House in Westport Mo.

I posted on my experience with the dentist and the hydrofloss unit, I have been using. The results are in and hydrofloss is doing its job!
